Ironworks at Keystone, one of Indianapolis’ premier living and retail properties located at 2727 E. 86th St., is welcoming James Beard Foundation Award-winning chef Michael Symon’s restaurant chain, B Spot burgers, to its growing list of retail tenants. This marks the celebrity chef’s eighth location of the burger eatery and his first to the Hoosier state. The restaurant will officially open to the public the week of July 20th.
The menu at B Spot offers all the restaurateur and television personality’s favorite “B’s”: burgers, bologna, brats, bourbon and beer. With seven other locations throughout Ohio and Michigan, Symon brings comfort cuisine to Midwest diners to enjoy in his industrial-inspired dining rooms, each complete with a signature “B” mural made with recycled beer cans.
“We’re excited to be bringing B Spot to Indy! As with all our B Spots, we’re committed to excellent service and responsibly-sourced food, including the use of antibiotic and hormone free meat in our burgers,” said Michael Symon. “We’re pairing those with bologna, brats, bourbon and local brews to offer Hoosiers a causal, fun and worthwhile dining experience.”
Symon’s award-winning burger menu (he’s a four-time SOBEWFF Burger Bash champ!) includes favorites such as the Fat Doug with coleslaw, pastrami, stadium mustard and Swiss cheese. Bologna, brats, big salads and badass shakes round out the menu of regionally inspired cuisine, and a list of more than 30 craft beers and a wide selection of bourbon are available to wash it all down.

B Spot is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner. Hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Fridays and Saturdays from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.; and Sundays from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
B Spot joins a growing and diverse list of culinary offerings at the complex. Other retail tenants include Profyle Boutique, Vogue Nail Spa, Scottrade, Sangiovese Ristorante and Ruth’s Chris Steak House.
