South Gallery - “Sono Ignis” translates as sound fire, with a deeper semiotic meaning of bells pealing, and burning light. This installation works to connect our physiological awareness to humanity's collective primal origins by utilizing video and sound to create a sensory experience. This thesis exhibition is presented by Elizabeth J. Sciore-Jones, who is a 2017 M.F.A. Candidate at Herron School of Art and Design.
North Gallery - "Conjunction: Illustrating the Narrative" features artworks from graduating seniors within the Drawing and Illustration Department at Herron School of Art and Design. The exhibition presents the variety of individual creative experiences, approaches, and aesthetic sensibilities expressed using traditional and digital media.
