Time to let the dogs out! IndyVet’s 21st annual Pet Carnival is back and inviting the community and their pets to come out and enjoy this FREE event. The carnival is full of local vendors, contests, entertainment, and more!

Highlights of the event include: the 3rd Annual Dachshund 500 Race, the Best Dressed Pet Contest, pie eating contest, a fun zone with a balloon artist, caricaturist, face painting, a pet psychic and of course free hot dogs, popcorn, and lemonade. Runamuk Disc Dogs are back this year to wow the crowd with their frisbee freestyle routines, dog tricks, and agility races!

Though this event is free to the public, guests are encouraged to bring a donation of either pet food or a cleaning supply to provide to local shelters. Items frequently requested are cat food, dog food, blue Dawn dish soap, non-clump cat litter, bleach, laundry/dishwasher detergent, and Clorox Wipes.

Pets are welcomed to come enjoy the carnival, but all pets must be on a 6’ leash at maximum or in a carrier. For more information, check out IndyVet’s Facebook or their website, indyvet.com.
