Samantha dreams of opening a restaurant in Fountain Square. She moves her family to this historic neighborhood, not believing rumors of the Phantom who sabotages new businesses with his mischievous gremlins. Samantha must match wits with this mysterious being and face the dark side of nostalgia in a changing community.
