City-County Council members during a meeting Oct. 29 will vote to approve a special resolution to give residents free IndyGo bus rides to polling locations on Election Day. The resolution, authored by Council Vice President Zach Adamson, calls on IndyGo to provide fare-free access to its buses for all riders. The meeting begins at 6:45 p.m. in City-County Building, 200 E. Washington St., Room 224.
