The National Urban League Annual Conference is coming to Indianapolis from July 24 to 27 at the Indiana Convention Center, and leaders are looking for volunteers to help everything go smoothly. Anyone interested can attend one of two volunteer sessions July 11 at Eastern Star Church, 5750 E. 30th St. (Coordinators ask that you enter through the doors on the north end.) The first session is 10-11 a.m., and the second session is 7-8 p.m.
Volunteers will work at the convention center, Indianapolis Motor Speedway, The Pavilion at Pan Am Plaza, Georgia Street, Eastern Star Church Cooper Road Campus, Eiteljorg Museum, JW Marriott Hotel and White River State Park.
