Only the best soups survive at Soupremacy

This isn’t your typical big business soup chain, because it’s local and right in the heart of downtown. Soupremacy sits in the southeast corner of Monument Circle and has had a vast number of visitors fill its 500-square-foot space since its grand opening in January.

Enjoy fresh, all-natural and local ingredients as you relax and take in the warm summer breeze. Choosing the perfect soup to fit your mood is the hard part. Pick your brain with Tomato Bisque, Roasted Red Pepper Curry, Spicy Carrot and Chicken Noodle or any of the other vegan soups. You’d better choose fast because the soups change frequently based on the chef’s choice and of course the seasons.

If selecting your favorite is simply too difficult, purchase the 6-ounce trio sized soups and try any three of your choice.

If hot soups aren’t mouth watering enough, try the variety of cold soups including Asparagus Lemon as you relish the fresh asparagus, lemon, cream, black pepper and a soft piece of fresh baked bread that pairs with all soup orders.

Soup may not be on your menu, but breakfast, salads and dessert may be.

Join the staff early for your continental breakfast favorites or the steel cut Irish oatmeal with toppings like fresh fruit and golden brown sugar.

Three salads are at your fingertips such as the Endless Summer salad in a bed of fresh baby spinach, topped with California strawberries, pear slices, dried cranberries, goat cheese and candied nuts that is sure to please all. Finish your flavorful meal with assorted cheesecakes or key lime pie.

All items come easily packed for on-the-go eating, and although seating is limited, stools are conveniently placed at the bar for indoor dining.
